RESPONSIBILITIES @ TERRA NOVA

I am passionate about the Second Chair role in the church. I find joy in overseeing the effective implementation of the vision that God has called our Lead Pastor to. This involves leadership and development and system thinking and being OK with a continually changing job description. A few constants for me are preaching 8-10 times a year, doing regular pre and post marital counseling alongside my wife and leading  Theology @ The Taproom where we read books by dead people that most have never heard of . . . while drinking well crafted micro-brewed beer.
