Terra Nova Gallery

The concept behind the Terra Nova Gallery is very simple. We love artists and the arts community. Downtown Troy’s voice at the creative table in the capital region is growing louder. The storefront space that we rent 24/7 for our office and education needs happens to be located on one of the hottest blocks in the area, so it only made sense to turn a portion of that space into an amazing art gallery. This is a simple way that we can serve the arts community. The feedback from those who have displayed has been overwhelmingly positive.

Since mid 2006, we have launched new monthly art showings that have grown in popularity. During Troy Night Out, we will typically see two to three hundred people come through our gallery space. Stop by during the next Troy Night Out to see what’s new in the gallery.

I want to display my art

If you are interested in joining the waiting list to display your art in the Terra Nova Gallery, please email the gallery staff HERE. Someone will get back to you as quickly as possible to set up a time to look at your portfolio. We typically have artists lined up 2-4 months in advance. Some shows are themed. Once or twice a year, we do a group show where artists with fewer pieces have an opportunity to show.
